PAPERLESS BILLING
We are excited to announce that the City of Magnolia is transitioning to paperless billing. This change will not affect how you pay your bill—only how you receive it.
Instead of receiving a blue postcard in the mail, your water bill will now be sent directly to your email. You will still have the option to pay using cash, card, or check, just as you do now.
To ensure a smooth transition, please update your account information as soon as possible to confirm we have your correct email address.

Seven Ways to Pay Your Water/Wastewater/Garbage Bill

3.  Automatic Bank Draft: Set up automatic payments directly from your bank account.

4.  Bank Bill Pay: Use your bank’s online bill pay service.

6.  By Phone: Call to pay with a credit card. (3.5% processing fee applies) 281-226-9801
