Drainage Criteria
The City of Magnolia uses the Montgomery County Drainage Criteria Manual: Link
Runoff Reduction Requirement: Drainage systems shall include a means of retention/detention to provide a 10 percent reduction in runoff from pre-construction conditions. Requests for a lower percentage reduction must be approved in writing by the City Engineer or appointee designated by the Administrator. (UDC 5-4-1.02)
