Register as a Contractor

If this is your first time working within Magnolia city limits, you will need to get registered with us before we are able to issue any permits to you.
We do not have a registration form and there are no fees required for registration.
Simply email your contractor's license, driver's license, and certificate of liability insurance to permits@cityofmagnolia.com.
You are welcome to send over a completed permit application form with these documents to expedite the permitting process.

Insurance minimum: $1,000,000.
