Register as a Contractor
If this is your first time working within Magnolia city limits, you will need to get registered with us before we are able to issue any permits to you.
You must complete a Contractor Registration Form:
Failure to provide all required documentation will result in failed registration. Permit applications will not be accepted until all are provided.
When emailing your registration documents, a project address is required for reference purposes.
A completed permit application form may also be submitted with these documents to expedite the permitting process.
Insurance minimum: $1,000,000.

There are no fees required for registration.
