The Magnolia Police Department is dedicated to maintaining safe streets within the City of Magnolia through pro-active, fair and consistent enforcement of the Texas Traffic Code; as well as the City's Traffic Ordinances. One of our primary goals is to reduce the number of accidents within the City of Magnolia that are caused by violators running red lights, stop signs and speeding through your neighborhoods.
If you would like to report a specific violator or violation please complete the Traffic Complaint Form and return it to the Magnolia Police Department either in person or by email.
