2023 Parks & Recreation Master Plan RFQ

The Magnolia Community Development Corporation (“Magnolia 4B”) in Magnolia, Texas is issuing this RFQ (Request for Qualifications) to qualified professional consulting firms interested in updating and developing a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The firm selected will provide an updated ten-year plan that identifies recreational and entertainment opportunities, evaluation of system needs, potential grant strategies for funding, programming avenues and expansion/revitalization opportunities.
