Welcome to the home of the Magnolia Community and Economic Development Corporations.  Since 1995, the 4A and 4B development corporations work to support the city of Magnolia.  From funding for city hall, development of Unity Park, investments in infrastructure and community planning the corporations have had an impactful role on the community.
