MEDC maintains lists of qualifed commercial developers as well as listings for avaialable commercial development.   

Realtors, brokers, management companies, and anyone else interested in submitting a property for posting can do so by emailing the following information to Rachel Steele, Economic Development Director, or call (281) 305-0546.

3. Phone number
4. Information about the property or building including sizes and asking price; electricity provider name and load size if possible; other utilities on the site or available to the site
5. PDF map of the property/location
6. PDF map of landmarks and intersections closest to the property
