Water Line Break - UPDATE

The water break has been repaired and the pressure should be getting back to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
The City of Magnolia is experiencing low to no water pressure at this time due to construction where AT&T has hit a 6" water line. Kelly water plant is down and workers are repairing now. The water plant is recovering and it is unknown how long the process will take. We will provide updates as needed.
